The three Fashion Drawing Sessions of awesomeness seemed to be the right fit for heeltote.com and has inspired me to create this A Day at Work - To the Point three part Q & A series for heeltote.com.

Ripley-Grier Studios in NYC Each job has it's dynamics.  On heeltote.com, I will answer the series of questions in the context of working with Ralph Lauren consulting designer and illustrator Renaldo Barnette at a Fashion Drawing Session in this heeltote.com event review A Day at Work - To the Point.  And since my inaugural review on heeltote.com was inspired by my experience at a Lauren Ralph Lauren fashion show I could not resist writing about this experience.  See Part 1.

I first realized I was going to be working with Renaldo when I arrived at session one and I heard him say in the hall he liked the pointed shoe I was wearing which he chose for the demo - right then I knew we were going to have a good time at work because - pun intended - Renaldo gets the point.  

Q.    Heeltote:    What is a typical day at work?

A.    Heeltote:    For jobs like these a day at work for me is a creative mix of things with clothing and shoes from different brands and sources styled in different ways.  It can be fun, so much so, that hey I may even giggle at a look I'm in but I continue to do my job. 

At the end of the day I put my heels in my rolling suitcase and marched on in my pointed toe flat shoes happy to know Renaldo got the point even before the Fashion Drawing Sessions began because it is apparent Renaldo knows fashion.

Perhaps like glamour you'll know fashion when you experience it.

Fashion can be fun and evoke emotions and if the emotions are positive...well you get the point.  Tell heeltote.com what excites you about fashion.
